Do you test on animals?

Absolutely not. We love our furry friends! 

Do you use harmful chemicals?

No harmful chemicals or animal by-products are used in our products.

Are the Body Basics Range soaps or scrubs?

We’re glad you asked. The Body Basics range are a Cleanser/Soap with a natural loofah attached that helps cleanse, hydrate & exfoliate your skin.

 Can the Body Basics Range be applied to the entire face and body?

Yes, Body Basics range is designed for all-over use and is recommended for all skin types. The Body Basics range is designed for external use only.

Are your ingredients natural?

Yes. You can be confident that 'all natural' for the Body Basics range means that all the products are made from plant derived ingredients.

How often can I use the Body Basics range?

As often as you like. They are recommended for daily use, but ultimately it’s up to you.

SHIPPING

I need to update my delivery address after I placed my order. What do I do?

Send us an email at envyuteam@gmail.com WITHIN 24 HOURS! With you order reference number and the updated delivery address. 


Do you ship to all countries?

We use FedEx to ship worldwide. You can choose which country or region you would like your product shipped to during the checkout process. 

Where are your products shipped from? 

As our customers are always our number one priority,  we aim to keep shipping costs at a minimum. Our products are shipped from the USA. 

How long until my order is delivered?

Within America: 2 - 7 business days         International: 4- 6 weeks

Your order will be processed and leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

TRACKING PACKAGES

PLEASE NOTE: Tracking number is provided with every order, but tracking number is not guaranteed to your door, ONLY to your COUNTRY (this is how we are able to ship for less!). If you wish to have door to door tracking - please contact envyuskin@gmail.com for separate pricing.  ENVY U SKIN is not responsible for packages once they have been handed off to the local postal authority.

Shipments that are returned to us as undelivered incur a double shipment fee and a double customs fee, which we will deduct from any refund owed to you.

When we ship your order, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from envyuteam@gmail.com. If you do NOT receive this, Please contact us. 

Tracking Numbers are included for FedEx.com. If you do not see an email from us, please check your SPAM folder then contact us with your order number so we may investigate any delays on your behalf.

 Shipping Rates and Times by Geographical Region

Please be aware when orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. FedEx or your local postal authority will contact you directly if there is an issue with delivery. Please react promptly to receive your shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from us, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.  These fees are NOT extra shipping charges.

REFUNDS: 

Once our products are opened, they are deemed as used. We do NOT accept returns as by law for hygiene reasons. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions regarding the products.
