  • When should I expect my order to arrive?

    DOMESTIC: (Continental United States)

    *All orders are generally processed, packaged, and fulfilled within 24-4 hours, with the exception of pre-sale items when those occur.

    *Domestic orders are fulfilled and shipped Monday-Friday.

    *You can track your order via the USPS website.

     

    INTERNATIONAL: (Outside of the continental
    United States)

    *All orders are generally processed, packaged, and fulfilled within 24-4 hours, with the exception of pre-sale items when those occur.

    *You will receive a tracking number the same day that we fulfill your order.

    *FedEx picks our deliveries up twice weekly. This occurs on Tuesdays and Fridays.


    *Doing this ensures orders that come in over the weekend are shipped out onTuesdays, and anything that comes through during the week after that is shipped out on Fridays.

    *You can track your order via https://www.postnord.se/or via your local postal service using the tracking number we provide you in the shipping notification email.

    *IMPORTANT: Once FedEx picks up our deliveries on Tuesdays and Fridays, they will need time to transport your order to the sorting center and scan the label

    *Once your package arrives at FedEx, the label will be scanned, and at that time, your tracking will update.

    *Tracking information will not update until after this has occurred at their sorting facility.

    *Please be patient, as this can take a few days.

    *After your order is scanned, sorted, and being shipped to your destination country, FedEx will update tracking to show “in transit.”

    *Tracking via FedEx will NOT change until it reaches your country and customs scans the label and clears your package.

    *At that time, FedEx will transport your order to your local postal service for final delivery.

    *We have no way to determine how quickly this process will occur. While some countries' customs departments appear to be getting quicker at this post-COVID, it is still a process, and some are faster than others.

    *During COVID, due to your country's restrictions or shutdowns, delivery times are not guaranteed.

    *We hope to return to our pre-COVID schedule (7-14 days for delivery) soon. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. 🤍

    *Once we have fulfilled your order and you have received a shipping notification from us, we cannot change, modify or alter your order OR your address information in any way.

    *We highly recommend verifying your order, address, and spelling at checkout.

  • Can the cleansers be applied to the entire face and body?

    Yes, they are designed for all-over body use.

  • Are the Body Basics Range soaps or scrubs?

    We're glad you asked. The Body Basics range is a Cleanser/Soap with a natural loofah attached that helps cleanse, hydrate & exfoliate your skin.

  • How often can I use the cleansers?

    Recommended for daily use, but ultimately it's up to you.

  • Do you ship to all countries?

    We use FedEx to ship worldwide. You can choose which country or region you would like your product shipped to during the checkout process. 

  • Do you test on animals?

    No, we love our furry friends! 

  • Do you use harmful chemicals?

    There are no harmful chemicals or animal by-products in our skincare products.

  • Are your ingredients natural?

    Yes. You can be confident that 'all-natural' for the Body Basics range means that all the products are from plant-derived ingredients.
