Notice that the postal operators in the following countries are no longer able to process or deliver inbound international mail due to service disruptions related to the COVID-19 pandemic:

Bolivia, Botswana, Cayman Islands, Chad, Djibouti, Ecuador, Fiji, French Polynesia, Honduras, India, Kuwait, Libya, Madagascar, Maldives, Mauritania, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, Nepal, New Caledonia, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Rwanda, Samoa, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Tunisia, and Zimbabwe.

Although we continue to receive and process orders for these destinations, delays in delivery will occur due to the suspended service and limited air linehaul capacity to these destinations. You should consider these facts in determining whether or not to order during this time.

If you have ordered or ordering your package will be held at your countries sorting center until the restrictions are lifted. 

There may be delays in other countries not listed due to limited courier flights.

We will update this notice regularly throughout the pandemic.

Do you test on animals? No, we love our furry friends! 

 

Do you use harmful chemicals?

There are no harmful chemicals or animal by-products in our skincare products.

 

Are the Body Basics Range soaps or scrubs?

We're glad you asked. The Body Basics range is a Cleanser/Soap with a natural loofah attached that helps cleanse, hydrate & exfoliate your skin.

 

Can the Body Basics Range be applied to the entire face and body?

Yes, Body Basics range is designed for all-over use and is for all skin types. The Body Basics range is for external use only.

Are your ingredients natural?

Yes. You can be confident that 'all-natural' for the Body Basics range means that all the products are from plant-derived ingredients.

 

How often can I use the Body Basics range? Recommended for daily use, but ultimately it's up to you.

 

SHIPPING

I need to update my delivery address after I placed my order. What do I do?

Please send us an email at envyuteam@gmail.com WITHIN 12 HOURS! With your order reference number and the updated delivery address. 


Do you ship to all countries?

We use FedEx to ship worldwide. You can choose which country or region you would like your product shipped to during the checkout process. 

Our products ship from the USA. 

How long until my order is delivered?

Within America: 2 -7 Business days         International: 7- 15 Business days 

*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

Your order will be processed and leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

*Please note orders may get delayed due to Public Holidays, High Volume Special Sales and Customs* 

TRACKING PACKAGES

PLEASE NOTE: ENVY U SKIN is not responsible for packages once they reach your local postal authority.

When we ship your order, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from envyuteam@gmail.com. If you do NOT receive this, please contact us. 

Track your order via FedEx.com or https://www.17track.net/en. If you do not see an email from us, please check your SPAM folder then contact us with your order number so we may investigate any delays on your behalf.

No taxes or duties.

Any Unclaimed packages are non-refundable. 
Shipping cost is non-refundable.
