Order Processing and Shipping Information

We will start processing your order immediately. If you need to make any changes, including address updates, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. We ship only on business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Typically, it takes 1-3 business days to fulfill your order. However, some items may take up to 5 days, especially around major holidays or if they are experiencing stock availability issues.

Orders are shipped out for delivery once stock availability is confirmed.

  • Australia: Track your order at Australia Post.
  • USA: Track your order at USPS.
  • Other Countries: Use your tracking number for accurate tracking at FedEx.

Delivery Information

Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time varies depending on your country or region and is typically between 14 to 21+ business days. Specific delivery dates are not provided or guaranteed. Here are our delivery estimates by country for your reference:

  • United States: 2-6 business days
  • Canada: 7-21+ business days
  • United Kingdom: 14-21+ business days
  • Australia: 1-5 business days
  • Europe: 14-21+ business days (varies widely by importing country)

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Envy U Skin cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, and other interruptions that may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Envy U Skin has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Please note that we do not accept returns due to customers refusing to pay any fees. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.

Package Responsibility

Envy U Skin is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.

Note: We use the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests. We may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order. We begin processing your order immediately, so changes cannot be made once the order is placed. If the order has already been processed through our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.

Once we ship your order, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from hello@envyuskin.com. If you do not receive this email, please check your SPAM folder and then contact us with your order number so we can investigate any delays on your behalf.

Refunds/Returns

Unclaimed packages are non-refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Due to hygiene laws, we do NOT accept returns. Please contact us with any questions regarding our products before making a purchase.
