How to Use Your Cleansers
Our cleansers are super easy to use and will leave you glowing. To get the best results, follow these tips and tricks:
1. Start with damp skin.
2. Apply a small amount of cleanser and gently massage it onto your face/body.
3. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
4. Pat your face dry with a clean towel.

Cleansing
- **Frequency**: Cleanse twice a day, in the morning and at night, either in the shower or at the basin.
- **Application**: Rub the cleanser bar between your hands, washcloth, or sponge applicator to create a lather. Smooth the lather over your skin in gentle circular motions, then rinse away.
- **Double Cleanse**: If your face feels exceptionally oily or if you wear makeup, consider doing a double cleanse.
- **Post-Cleansing**: Pat your skin dry and apply your favorite moisturizer or serum.
Exfoliation
- **Face**: Exfoliate twice a week for normal/combination skin, and once a week for sensitive skin.
- **Body**: Exfoliate two or three times a week. For very sensitive skin, exfoliate once or twice a week.
- **Note**: The purpose of exfoliating is to remove dead skin cells, so be gentle. Avoid exfoliating inflamed acne as it can cause irritation.
Spot Treatment
Some of our cleansers can also be used as a spot treatment. For this, we recommend using:

1. After cleansing, re-lather and massage a thin layer over your acne or cyst.
2. Wait until it is fully dry (do NOT wash off).
3. Apply your moisturizer or serum.

Order Processing and Shipping Information
Depending on the order details, Australian shipments may be fulfilled from either the USA or our Adelaide fulfillment center. Orders within the USA are shipped domestically, while those outside the USA and are fulfilled from the USA.
**Shipping Times:**
- **USA**: 2-5 business days
- **Australia**: 5-17 business days (depending on product stock at the Adelaide center)
- **All Other Countries**: 7-21 business days. Tracking outside the USA with FED EX track
We begin processing orders immediately. To make any changes (such as address updates), please contact us within 8 hours of ordering. Note that we only ship to the address provided at checkout.
*Please be aware that we are not liable for orders that are lost, stolen, incorrectly addressed, or returned due to unpaid taxes or duties.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email. Orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days, although some may take up to 5 days, especially around holidays or during peak stock demand.

- **Australia**: Track with Australia Post or FED EX track
- **USA**: Track with USPS :https://www.usps.com/
- **Other Countries**: Track with FedEx using your provided tracking number with FED EX track

Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches the recipient's country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Envy U Skin has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Please note that we do not accept returns due to customers refusing to pay any fees. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.

Package Responsibility
Envy U Skin is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please report it or file a claim with your postal service as they do the final delivery.
**Note:** We rely on the carrier’s delivery confirmation and timestamp from the tracking link when reviewing claims for damages or returns. Claims may not be honored if they are not reported promptly.
Refunds/Returns
Unclaimed packages are non-refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Due to hygiene laws, we do NOT accept returns. Please contact us with any questions regarding our products before making a purchase.
