How to Use Your Cleansers

Our cleansers are super easy to use and will make you glow. There are a few tips and tricks that we have to get the best use of our cleansers, read below! We can't wait to see your results. 


CLEANSING: 

  1. Cleanse twice a day in the shower or by the basin, morning and night.
  2. Rub the cleanser bar between your hands, washcloth or sponge applicator and smooth the lather over your skin in a gentle circular motion before rinsing away.
  3. If your face feels exceptionally oily, or if you wear makeup, you can do a double cleanse.
  4. Pat skin dry, then apply your favourite moisturiser/serum.

EXFOLIATION:

  1. Face: Two times a week for normal/combination skin, once a week for sensitive skin.
  2. Body: Two or three times a week. If your skin is very sensitive, once or twice a week.

Keep in mind that the purpose of exfoliating is to remove dead skin cells, so you don't want to go too hard!

Please note, Avoid exfoliating inflamed acne as this can irritate. 

SPOT TREATMENT: 

Some of our cleansers can also be used as a spot treatment, how great is that? For the spot treatments, we recommend using:

  1. Extra Strength
  2. Clear Envy
  3. Bikini Care

After cleansing re-lather and massage a thin layer over your acne/cyst, wait until it's fully dry (Do NOT wash off) then apply your moisturiser/serum.

 Shipping Process

We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed (including address changes). We will only ship to the address provided at check-out. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. 

We require between 1-3 working days on average to fulfil your order and some items may take longer especially around major holidays (up to 5 days), or if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues. Orders are shipped out for delivery as soon as the stock availability is confirmed.

Deliveries

Once your order is shipped, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 5 to 21 + days business days due to COVID. Specific delivery dates are not provided nor guaranteed.

United States: 2-6 days

International Shipments

Canada: 7-15+ days
United Kingdom: 5-14 days
Australia: 5-14 days

Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or customs clearance fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Envy U Skin has no control over these charges, nor can Envy U Skin predict what they may be. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.

Customs policies vary widely by country. If you have questions we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information. 

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

Envy U Skin is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.

Note: We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests and we may not be able to honour your claim if it is not reported.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed. If the order has already been processed through our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change. 

When we ship your order, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from envyuteam@gmail.com. If you do NOT receive this, please contact us. 

If you do not see an email from us, please check your SPAM folder then contact us with your order number so we may investigate any delays on your behalf.

Refunds/Returns

Any Unclaimed packages are non-refundable. 

Shipping cost is non-refundable. 

We do NOT accept returns as by law for hygiene reasons.
